Disappointing Concert
It was disheartening to discover after the concert began that one of the group members was not able to come due to COVID-19. The speech by Shawn that they decided to present themselves without Nathan and not disappoint the Stockton fans because they are artists, took the consumer's choice away. The ability to make a choice to attend perhaps at a later date if rescheduled when everyone could be present or provide the option to obtain a refund was taken away. While Shawn and Wanya performed to the best of their abilities, it was very noticeable that the harmony was challenged. Also, we did not appreciate some of the song selections they performed. Whenever the artist decides that music selections of other artists are necessary when they have a great cache to select from they should opt to use their own music. Lastly I have attended a Boyz II Men concert previously in another state and it was amazing. Using the previous experience as a guide we can honestly say this concert was substandard and not worth the fee paid. We witnessed many, many people browsing their social media accounts during the concert. The concert lacked enthusiasm, it was boring at times. It felt like Stockton concert attendees were not given a great performance.
